Cancellation and Refund Policy

Standard Reservations
For standard reservations, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:
– Cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in date: Full refund of the booking amount.
– Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before check-in date
– 50% refund of the booking amount.
– Cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in date: No refund.

Early Departures
No refunds will be issued for early departures. Guests are responsible for the entire amount of the reservation once the stay has commenced.

No-shows
If you do not check in on the scheduled arrival date and do not notify us in advance, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Modifications

Reservation Changes
Requests to modify your reservation, including changes to check-in or check-out dates, are subject to availability and our discretion. Depending on the changes, additional charges may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible to request any modifications.

Extension of Stay
If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability, and additional charges will apply at the prevailing rates.

Process for Cancellations and Refunds

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be credited to the original method of payment used during booking.

Non-refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued in the following situations:
– Cancellation of non-refundable rates or packages.
– No-shows.
– Early departures.
– Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
